Choosing the correct ring size can be challenging, especially when ordering online. If your ring does not fit properly on arrival, whether it is too large or too small, we will get you into the right size.

Within 60 days of delivery we send you a brand new ring in the size you need.

A size exchange costs $29.90 in total per ring ($19.90 for the new ring plus $10 shipping). If you exchange more than one ring at the same time, each additional ring is $19.90 and shipping is charged only once. Engraving is not included: if you would like the new ring engraved, it is an additional $10. The fee is charged once we confirm your exchange and before the new ring ships.

Every ring ships with a free size adjuster, so in many cases you can wear it comfortably right away, and you can still wear it while an exchange is on its way.

Damaged, defective or wrong ring

If the ring you purchased arrives damaged or defective, we replace it for free under our Lifetime Warranty, with no shipping or handling fee. The same applies if we shipped the wrong size or the wrong model: we cover that exchange in full.
